- Service was not performed due to circumstances beyond the customer's control
- Service quality did not meet our standards and was reported within 48 hours of service completion
- Payment was made in error or duplicate charges were applied
- Service could not be completed due to vehicle-related issues that were not disclosed at booking
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of the service date or cancellation
- Provide your booking reference number and service details
- Explain the reason for the refund request
- Submit any supporting documentation (photos, videos, etc.) if applicable
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days
4. Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

- Service was partially completed before cancellation
- Only a portion of the service did not meet quality standards
- Additional charges were incurred due to unforeseen circumstances disclosed at the time of service

- Membership plan fees (unless cancelled within the trial period, if applicable)

- No-show charges

7. Warranty and Guarantee Refunds
For services with warranties (such as Paint Protection Film with 10-year warranty or detailing with 6-month warranty), refunds will not be issued if the warranty terms have been violated. Instead, we will provide re-service at no additional cost within the warranty period.
8. Membership Plan Refunds
For Fairdeal membership plans:
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no services have been availed
- After 7 days or if services have been used, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis
- Cancellation must be done in writing via email or phone
9. Refund Deductions
In some cases, refund deductions may apply:
- Service Charge: 5-10% of the refund amount for administrative processing
- Material Cost: If materials were purchased specifically for your service and cannot be reused
- Travel Charges: For door-to-door services cancelled within 24 hours (₹500-₹1000)
10. Special Circumstances
In cases of emergency, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent service delivery, we will offer:
- Full refund without deductions
- Rescheduling at no additional cost
- Service credit for future appointments
